Morning after breakfast, visit Hanuman Temple, before beginning our drive to Sarahan, (172 kms)
a beautiful village surrounded by apple orchards and dominated by Shrikhand Mahadev Peak (5155 M)
which resembles the "Shivling." On arrival check into Hotel Srikhand.

 SAHARAN/ SANGLA VALLEYDAY 3
Morning after breakfast, visit the Bhimakali Temple, a wonderful mixture of Buddhist
and Hindu architecture. It is very sacred to both the communities. The Bhimakali goddess idol is
approximately 200 years old and the temple is built of wood, offering splendid views of Neelkant Peak
Drive onwards to Sangla Valley (122kms) Lunch enroute; dinner & overnight in camp.
 AT SANGLA VALLEYDAY 4
Morning after breakfast day, full day sightseeing tour visiting the ancient and exquisite villages
of Chitkul, Rakcham & the 400 years old Kamru Fort, standing mejectically on top of a hillock.

 SANGLA/CHITKUL/KALPADAY 5
Morning after breakfast, depart for Kalpa. Arrive in Kalpa early afternoon. On arrival check into Kalpa
Villa Resort. After lunch day free to walk around this old & exquisite village Dinner & Overnight at the
beautiful Kalpa Villa Resort, situated at the base of the impressive Mt. Kinner Kailash (6050 M).
AT KALPADAY 6
Morning after breakfast, relax  or ride to the nearby town bazaar. After lunch, walk to the ancient
Roghi Village, which offers a good opportunity to observe the lifestyle of the inhabitants, its architecture,
customs and religion.Lunch, Dinner & overnight in Villa Resort.
KALPA/ RECONG PEO/ TELANGI/KOTHI/PANGI/KALPADAY 7
Morning after breakfast, visit Recong Peo, district headquarters of the Kinnaur region
and the new Buddhist Monastery built to commemorate his holiness the Dalai Lama's "Kalchakra
Sermon." Explore the ancient villages of Kothi, Telangi, Pangi (the last village on the Hindustan Rd).

KALPA/JANGI/PUH / KHAB/ NAKODAY 8
Morning after a leisurly breakfast, Drive 122 kms to Nako. As you drive onward towards Spiti Valley,
you experience Timberline--a line beyond which forests do not grow. The barren and rugged brown
mountains start from Jangi which get more rugged and barren after Puh (2837 M). Continue along the Sutlej
River until you reach Khab (2831 Mt), the confluence (Sangam) of rivers Sutlej and Spiti, where you break
for picnic lunch. A direct climb up takes us to Nako (3959 M). On arrival check into Camp. After lunch,
walk through the village to the Temple of Padmasambhava, the second incarnation of Lord Budha.
Also visit Nako Lake and see many ancient chortens. Dinner & overnight in Camp
NAKO/ TABODAY 9
Morning after breakfast, drive to Tabo 64 kms, entrance to the Spiti Valley. Geographically and
archeologically, Spiti is a living museum. The mountains are devoid of any vegetation due to erosion
by wind, sun and snow over thousands of years. On arrival check into Tabo Monestary. After lunch,
Climb up to the village Tabo (3050 M). Built around the year 996 AD, the Chos Khor Monastery at Tabo
is the largest monastery in Spiti and one of the few remaining  examples of the Golden Period of Buddhist
Culture in the Himalayan Region. The wall frescos of the monastery are comparable in their antiquity
and quality to those of the Ajanta caves, hence they are called the Ajanta of the Himalayas. It houses
more than 100 Lamas,( Monks) a large number of scriptures and pieces of art, wall paintings,
tankhas and stucco. Return to the Monestary for Dinner & Overnight
TABO/ DANKARDAY 10
Morning after breakfast, Drive 46 kms to Dankar, the traditional "Capital of Spiti" and on arrival
check into Camp Schiling. After lunch, visit Dankar Gompa (3890 M), the hilltop fort that dominates
the scene, once served as a jail. It contains more than 160 scriptures of Lamas and Buddhists
in Bhoti language. Dinner & overnight at Camp Schiling
DANKAR/KI KIBBER/ KAZADAY 11
Morning after breakfast, Drive 45 kms to Kaza. Enroute Visit the ancient Ki and Kibber Gompas,
which are among the highest inhabited villages in the world.Later on arrival check into camps
located just outside the village of Kaza. After lunch, time at leisure. Dinner and overnight at camp
KAZA/ CHATRUDAY 12
 Morning after breakfast, drive 160 kms to Chatru (3560m) over the famous Kunzum Pass (4551 M)
Later on arrival check into Camp. After lunch free. Dinner and overnight at camp
CHATRU/ROHTANG PASS/ MANALIDAY 13
Morning after breakfast, drive onwards to Manali, 115 kms. Cross Rohtang Pass and enjoy the
breathtaking beauty of the snow covered peaks and beautiful green lush valleys, after crossing Rohtang.
Enroute enjoy lunch at Sardar Ji's Dhab at Marhi Village, located just below Rohtang la.
Later on arrival check into hotel Hoilday Inn. Dinner & overnight in hotel
MANALIDAY 14
 Morning after breakfast, drive to the village of Naggar (2100m). A quaint village with its many ancient
temples including the 11th-12th century Temple Gauri and the Tripura Sundri Devi Temple. Also visit the
Roerich Gallery above the village. Later drive to Manali. Lunch at  a local resturant. After lunch walking tour
Visiting Dhungri Temple (also known as Hadimba Temple by locals) & the  Old Manali town. Return to hotel
via Vashit (the hot springs), where you can take a dip in the ancient pond. Dinner & Overnight in hotel.
MANALI/ DHARAMSALA DAY 15
 Early morning after breakfast, drive to Dhramsala -The home of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama
a perfect finale to this journey which celebrates the Tibetan spirit. On arrival check into Hotel
Chonor House. After late lunch, time free. Dinner & overnight in hotel.
DHARAMSALA/ JAMMUDAY 16
Early morning walk to Dalai Lamas monastery, after morning chanting with monks
meditation walk around the circumference of the monatery. Return to hotel for breakfast.
Guided walk around the village to visit prayer wheel, and other sights. Also Visit Tushita Meditation
Center before returning to hotel for lunch. Afternoon drive to Jammu - gateway to Kashmir valley.
On arrival check into Hotel Asia Jammu.  Balance time at leisure. Dinner & overnight in hotel
DEPART JAMMUDAY 17
Morning after breakfast, visit Jammu town - the winter capital of the state of Jammu & Kashmir and
land of the Dogras.You start with a visit to the Temple of Raghunathji, built in the year 1835 AD.
followed by the visit of the 3000 yrs old Bahu Fort perched on a hill, where you will see the 200 years
old temple of  Goddess Kali. There are a number of monkeys in the temple precincts. Next visit Ramgarh
Fort famous for its fine mural paintings of basohli style. The fort is in ruins today. Next visit the Dogra
Art Museum, before returning via Amar Palace Mahal, built in French architectural style in the year 1907
which houses a museum displaying a handsome private collection of pictures depicting dynesty lineage,
miniatures and old & rare books. On arrival have lunch. Balance time free, till departure transfer
to the Airport or railway station to take connecting transportation for your onward journey.
