DAY 01 ARRIVE JAMMU - KATRA - MATA DARSHAN > KATRA

Arrive at Jammu Airport/Railway Station. Meeting & Assistance and transfer to CARLSON COUNTRY INN & SUITES.
After check-in formalities transfer to Katra to have Darshan of Mata Vaishno. Arrive by 1300 hrs at Devi Shrine
and start climbing to Mata Bhawan. (To reach at Mata Bhawan, it takes approx. 5 hrs.) 1700 hrs.
Arrive at Mata Bhawan. Excavate the deities & get blessed by Mata Vaishno. Late evening return to Katra
and you will be transferred to Country Inns & Suites hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02 JAMMU - PATNITOP

Morning after breakfast, drive to Patnitop. This famous hill resort is perched on a beautiful plateau, at an altitude
of 2024 meters across which the Jammu-Srinagar highway passes. Enveloped by thickly wooded forests,
Patnitop offers beautiful picnic spots, peaceful walks and breathtaking views of the mountains cape of the
Chenab basis. In winter, the resort is generally covered with a thick mantle of snow thus providing opportunities
for various snow games including skiing. On arrival check into VARDHAN RESORTS . Afternoon, visit Sansar
(2079 m) about 19 Kms from Patnitop, a satellite resort of Patnitop, with a cup-shaped meadow surrounded
by gigantic conifers. A place for a quiet holiday, the meadow has now been developed as a golf course.
Enjoy the scenic beauty of this heavenly place before returning to your hotel for overnight

DAY 03 PATNITOP > SUDH MAHADEV > GAURI KUND > MANTHALAI > PATNITOP

Morning after breakfast, full day excusion to Visit Sudh Mahadev and surroundings. This holy spot near Patnitop
is situated at an altitude of 1225 m, about 120 kms from Jammu. Pilgrims visit the shrine on the full
moon night of 'sawan' (July-August) to worship the 'Trishul' (trident) and a mace, which are said to
have belonged to Bheem, one of the five legendary Pandava brothers. The Devak stream originates at
Sudh Mahadev and disappears among the rocks a few kilometres downstream. Next visit Gauri Kund,
some distance short of Sudh Mahadev is the legendary spring where the Goddess Parvati used to bathe
before commencing her daily prayers at Sudh Mahadev. This spring came to be named after
her as 'Gauri Kund'. Our last visit is manthalai, situated a few kilometers further away from Sudh Mahadev,
Mantalai is surrounded by lush deodar forests at an altitude of 2000 m. The place is associated with the
legend of the marriage of Lord Shiva with the Goddess Parvati. Return to hotel for overnight

DAY 04 PATNITOP > JAMMU

Morning after a leisurly breakfast, drive onwards to Jammu. On arrival check into Hotel ASIA. Afternoon visit
Raghunath Temple – situated in the heart of the Jammu city. The temple dedicated to Lord Rama is outstanding
and unique in northern India. The inner walls of the main temple are covered with gold sheet on three sides.
There are many galleries with 84 lakhs of ‘SALIGRAMS’. The surrounding temples are dedicated to the
various Gods & Goddesses connected with the epic Ramayana. Return to hotel for overnight

DAY 05 DEPART JAMMU

Morning after a leisurly breakfast, time free till departure. Intime transfer to railway station/
airport to connect for onward destination
