payable in Indian Rupees, which are non refundable, even on refusal of Visa. Once the Visa & Bookings are confirmed, The full package amount is to be paid in USDollars, to our office in New Delhi, minimum 4 working days prior to departure, wherein the INR component paid towards visa fees, at the time of booking will be REFUNDED in full in Indian Rupees. CANCELLATION
If notification of cancellation is received 09 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. There will be no cancellation charge except for Visa Fees and a cancellation processing fee of Rs 500 per adult / per child . If notification of cancellation is received less than 07 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, Visa Fees + 1 night hotel retention cost paid at the time of booking will be deducted. If cancellation is received 04 or less working days & No Shows-100% camncellation charges
will be applicable.
