Orissa can be aptly named as 'Land of All Reasons'. It is a curious and delightful blend of rural and urban cultures, wide tree-lined avenues suddenly give way to paddy and vegetation fields, modern stores yield to small village tanks that reverberate to the sound of temple bells at dawn and the pious may be seen at sunrise praying to the Sun God and the Goddess Ganga. Bhubaneswar is a city where the temple spires rise higher than the palms. It also forms an excellent base for exploring the charming surroundings. History, religion, sea beaches, archaeological sites, water sports, wildlife and more lie within easy reach of the city. Bhubaneswar is the base for visiting the famous Sun Temple at Konark and the Buddhist Circuit of Ratnagiri, Udaygiri and Lalitgiri, the area which was the center of Buddhism. The ruins date back to the 5th century AD. The rock hewn Jain monastery of the first century BC said to have been made during the reign of the Emperor Kharavela is within the city limits of Bhubaneswar.

DAY 01	ARRIVE DELHI	On arrival, meeting, assistance & transfer to Qutab hotel. Afternoon city tour of old Delhi. Visit the Red Fort Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, & Shanti Vana. Overnight in hotel
DAY 02	DELHI BHUBNESHWAR	Morning after breakfast, transfer to airport to board flight for Bhubaneshwar - the 'Cathedral City', was once the capital of an ancient kingdom. Today this bustling centre for commerce and religious activities is the modern capital of Orissa. Arrive and transfer to Swosti Hotel. Afternoon city tour visiting Lingaraj Temple, Dhaula Giri, Rajrani Temple, Parashu rameshvara, Mukteshwara Temple and Kedar Gauri Temple. Overnight in hotel..
DAY 03	BHUBNESHWAR GOPALPUR	Drive to Gopalpur by sea, after breakfast. This sea side town in Ganjam district is also a health resort. Later on arrival check into Oberoi Palm Beach hotel. Balance day free. to take in the sun & the sand. Overnight in hotel
DAY 04	GOPALPUR ON SEA	Today after breakfast, visit the Gopal Temple & the lighthouse. Afternoon free to swim or laze around on the beach. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 05	GOPALPUR PURI	Morning after breakfast, drive to Puri enroute visiting Chilka lake -Asia's largest Salt water Lake - area (approx 1100 sq. kms). Its the winter home of migratory birds. And the holy city of Puri is one of the holiest points of pilgrimage for Hindus. The reigning deity of the city, Lord Jagannath, whose temple was nbuilt way back in the 12th century, is revered by people throughout the country. Arrive and checkin at Coco Palm Beach resort. Balance day free to swim or laze around on the beach. Overnight
DAY 06	PURI	Morning after breakfast, half day excursion to Konark and afternoon sightseeing of Puri town. Visit Jaganath Temple from outside as non hindus are not allowed inside the temple premises. Overnight
DAY 07	PURI BHUBNESHWAR CUTTUCK	Morning after breakfast, drive to Bhubaneshwar enroute visiting Pipli, Raghurapur, Dhauli and later drive on- wards to Cuttuck, once the capital city of Orissa, founded by the Keshari kings, sometime in the 5th Century AD is surrounded by the rivers Mahanadi & Kathjoori on its 3 sides. Cuttuck is famous for its silver filigiri workmanship. On arrival in the evening, check into Akbari Continental hotel for night stay
DAY 08	CUTTUCK	Morning after breakfast, depart for full day excursion to Lalitgiri, Udaygiri & Ratnagiri - 52 kms away. These are located on top of 3 hillsides and were the ancient centers of Bhuddhist learnings. You can still see the intricate artistry on the stupas. On return to Cuttuck, visit the Barbati fort built in the 14th century, now in ruins, before arriving in the hotel for overnight.
DAY 09	CUTTUCK BHUBNESHWAR DELHI	Morning after breakfast, free for shopping. Walk around this ancient town, visit the bazars or just relax in the hotel. Later on time transfer to airport at Bhubneshwar to connect flight for Delhi. On arrival transfer to Qutab hotel. Overnight in hotel.
DAY 10	DEPART DELHI	Morning after breakfast, proceed for half day city tour of New Delhi. Drive past the Presidents Palace & Parliament house. Visit India gate, Laxminarayan temple & Qutab minar. Afternoon free. Evening visit the Red Fort for Son Et Lumaire show. Later On time departure transfer to airport/railway station to connect air/ rail for onward destination.( Room till 12 Noon)
